FREE Summer Basketball Clinics

The Delmont Recreation Committee will be hosting free basketball clinics this summer at the Dedicated Nursing Associates basketball courts, located at Newhouse Park. The clinics will start the last week of June and run each week during the summer until August 9^th, with the exception of the week of Independence Day.

The clinics will be broken down by age groups, rising 1^st to 2^nd graders, rising 3^rd and 4^thgraders and rising 5^th and 6^th graders.  Each age group will have a one hour slot that will change each session, but always be between the hours of 9AM and Noon each Thursday and Friday, starting June 27^th. Since the clinics are being held outdoors, the schedule is weather dependent.

Due to the number of volunteers that we have, we will limit registration each age session to 20 participants. Each child can register for one clinic each week, then be put on the waitlist for the other session of that week due to the limited spots and volunteers that we have. The clinics will feature drills and coaching on the basics of the game. No prerequisite skills are required.  Pre-registration is required, please complete the form located here.
