Delmont Library – Hatha Yoga for Adults

Hatha Yoga is a way of stretching, bending, balancing, and relaxing the body with the help of breathing and calming the mind. Class consists of warming up, series of yoga poses, different breathing techniques, balancing poses, twisting poses and relaxation with meditation. Bring a yoga mat, yoga block, or a towel. Limit 12, registration is required.
